Purpose
Your privacy is very important to us, and we take our responsibility of caring for it seriously. This policy defines what information Mark/Space, Inc. collects when you use the mobile, online and downloadable products and services (“products”) offered by us. Argon, and its associated products are produced by Mark/Space, Inc. and will be named in this statement as Mark/Space from now.

A “controller” is a person or organization who alone or jointly determines the purposes for which and the way any personal data is or is likely to be processed. Unless we notify you otherwise Mark/Space is the controller of your personal data for the purpose of this website and services.

Where you opt out of receiving marketing communications this will not apply to personal data provided to us as a result of registering for or using our service, your service experience or other interactions with this website.

We do not share your personal data internally or externally to Mark/Space

We have put in place appropriate security measures to prevent your personal data from being accidentally lost, used or accessed in an unauthorized way, altered or disclosed. They will only process your personal data on our instructions and they are subject to a duty of confidentiality.

Data Retention

Mark/Space may retain your personal data for a longer period in the event of a complaint or if we reasonably believe there is a prospect of litigation in respect to our relationship with you.
To determine the appropriate retention period for personal information we consider the amount, nature and sensitivity of the personal information, the potential risk of harm from unauthorized use or disclosure of your personal information, the purposes for which we process your personal information and whether we can achieve those purposes through other means and the applicable legal, regulatory, tax, accounting or other requirements.
Mark/Space may anonymise your personal data so that it can no longer be associated with you for research or statistical purposes in which case we may use this information indefinitely without further notice to you.

Request erasure of your personal data: This enables you to ask us to delete or remove personal data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. Note: Mark/Space may not always be able to comply with your request of erasure for specific legal reasons which will be notified to you at the time of your request.
