We’re looking for a motivated Software Engineer for the development of cutting-edge software applications for the iPhone. In addition to developing new applications from the ground up, you’ll be responsible for the implementation of new features to our existing product offerings. We’re looking for a designer who excels in visually articulating their ideas through exciting UI and rapid prototypes.
Responsibilities will include conceiving, designing, and prototyping various application components, working with Marketing and Engineering to finalize designs, documenting solutions and performing their implementation.
Bachelors Degree and/or experience developing and shipping commercial software
iPhone software development experience required
Demonstrable UI design principals
Strong object-oriented programming and design skills. Knowledge of Objective-C as well as experience developing reusable API’s
Consumer Application Development
Understands how to construct a reusable, supportable and expandable consumer application architecture
Has the aesthetic ability to create attractive and highly usable software applications
Experience documenting and communicating components developed for reuse
Good debugging skills required
Must be a team player with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Mac OS X software development expertise a plus
Knowledge of other handheld operating systems a plus
Experience writing well abstracted libraries and components a plus
Must possess excellent problem-solving as well as solid organizational skills
