Career Opportunity
Reporting to the President and CEO, the Director of Finance and Administration will manage the overall financial, human resource and administrative functions of the company. This is a great opportunity for some one who enjoys rolling up their sleeves and delving in! Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

Establish and manage corporate budgets in support of strategic direction of the company
Forecasting (cash flow, profitability, margins)
Financial Analysis
Corporate Taxes
Prepare and monitor corporate taxes for annual financial audit and ensure all necessary state, federal and international filings are up to date
Quarterly Sales Tax preparation
A/P and A/R
Issuing checks/wire transfers
Month-end close
VAT reporting/compliance
Establish the accounting department
Human Resources and Administration
Manage the HR & Administration team
Manage insurance coverage to ensure the company is properly covered through direct policies and coverage of all on-site providers
Oversee facilities planning and management
Advanced degree with at least 10 years of experience
Familiar with a variety of the field’s concepts, practices, and procedures
Strong knowledge of finance, HR, and facilities planning required
Experience with QuickBooks and other accounting applications required
Extensive experience and judgment in planning and accomplishing goals
Ability to think strategically and proactively, and ability to anticipate changes
Proven experience leading and directing the work of others
A wide degree of creativity and latitude is expected
Experience working for a commercial/consumer software company required
Must possess excellent problem-solving skills as well as solid organizational skills
Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
