Before you download and install Welcome Home to Android, please make sure your computer and both phones you are transferring data between meet the following requirements:

- 1GB RAM minimum
- 32GB of free disk space minimum
- iTunes version 10 or higher¹
- Minimum computer screen size 800x600
- Active internet connection to run How-To videos
* Not compatible with Outlook Click-to-Run 2010; 64-bit not yet supported
New Android Phone
- Android phones running Android Version 2.1 or higher
- MTP devices are not supported
- Calendar unpack not supported with ICS+ devices
Mac
- Mac OS 10.5.6 (Leopard or higher)
- Intel processor; does not support PowerPC

Old BlackBerry or iPhone
- BlackBerry phones on BlackBerry OS version 4.2.1 or higher; BlackBerry Data Plan or SD card required for Welcome Home mobile app installation
- iPhone, iPad, iPod Touch devices on iOS Version 2.0 or higher
¹ Android devices cannot play protected music, video or ringtones. iTunes Plus music, tunes ripped from your own CDs, home movies you shoot with your video camera, and video digitized from DVDs you own will work just fine.
