If you are a registered customer and want to re-download your software, please visit our Product Download Updates page.
Retrieve Registration Code
To retrieve a registration code for a Mark/Space product you own, enter your email address (the one you used to purchase your software) below. Once confirmed, you will receive an email with registration code(s) for the products you own.
After submitting your request, please allow at least 10 minutes for your message to arrive. Please check that your spam filters allow email from markspace.com.
For Third Party Products
To recover a registration code or an installer for a third party product purchased through the Mark/Space store, please visit the software partner's website.
