- Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007 to sync contacts, calendars, notes and tasks
- QuickTime, version 7 or later required to sync video
- Phone and Windows PC must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network to sync contacts, calendars, notes and tasks
- USB cable required to sync music, photos, videos, bookmarks, ringtones, podcasts and documents
- Internet access required for product registration and device pairing
Mac System Requirements
- Mac OS X 10.5.6 Leopard or later, including Mac OS X v10.6 Snow Leopard and
Mac OS X v10.7 Lion - iTunes 7.4 or later (required to sync music and podcasts)
- iCal 2.0.5 or higher
- Outlook 2011 required to sync contacts, calendars and tasks with Outlook 2011. Service Pack 1 required to sync calendars and tasks
- Phone and Mac must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network to sync contacts, calendars, notes and tasks
- USB cable required to sync music, photos, videos, bookmarks, ringtones, podcasts and documents
- Internet access required for product registration and device pairing
Phone Requirements
- Palm Pre, Palm Pre Plus or Palm Pixi Plus running ROM 1.4.1 or later required. Note: Palm Pre 2 and WebOS 2.0 are not supported at this time.
- The Missing Sync companion app required to sync contacts and calendars over a Wi-Fi network (available free from the App Catalog on your phone)
- Fliq Notes required to sync notes (available free from the App Catalog on your phone)
- Fliq Tasks required to sync to dos (available free from the App Catalog on your phone)
- Fliq Bookmarks required to sync Safari bookmarks (available free from the App Catalog on your phone)
Multi-Language Support
The Missing Sync for Palm Pre is available in English, French, German and Spanish.

¹The Palm Pre and Palm Pixi cannot play protected music, video or ringtones. iTunes Plus music, tunes ripped from your own CDs, home movies you shoot with your video camera, and video digitized from DVDs you own will work just fine.
