Windows PC System Requirements

  • Windows XP with Service Pack 3 or Windows Vista
  • Microsoft .Net framework 3.5 SP1
  • Apple Bonjour (for Windows)
  • iTunes 7.4 or later (required to sync with the iPhone)
  • Microsoft Outlook 2003 or 2007 required for Migration Assistant and syncing tasks
  • Internet connection required for Migration Assistant feature and product registration
  • Must be connected to the same Bonjour enabled, WiFi network as the iPhone/iPod touch that you want to sync with

  • Migration Assistant Device Requirements
    • Windows Mobile 2002/2003/5/6 (if migrating from a Windows Mobile device)
    • BlackBerry 4.0 device or higher (if migrating from a BlackBerry device)
    • Palm OS 4 or Palm OS 5 (if migrating from a Palm OS device)
    • Nokia S60 rev 3 device (if migrating from a Nokia device)
    • Sony Ericsson UIQ 3.x device (if migrating from a Sony Ericsson device)
    • Motorola device running UIQ 3.x (if migrating from a Motorola device)
    • Data transfer or synchronization software provided by device manufacturer. (The Migration Assistant will help you find the software.)
    • Native USB support

Mac System Requirements

  • Mac with an Intel Core processor

  • iCal 2.0.5 or higher
  • Outlook 2011 (Service Pack 1) required to sync tasks with Outlook 2011. Notes sync not supported.

  • Must be connected to the same Bonjour enabled Wi-Fi network as the computer you want to sync with

Setup Assistant

In order to synchronize notes, tasks and/or documents between your iPhone/iPod touch and computer, you must have the Fliq iPhone applications (Fliq Notes, Fliq Tasks, Fliq Docs) installed on your device and establish a secure connection between your computer and each Fliq iPhone application. The Setup Assistant will open the first time you launch The Missing Sync for iPhone and guide you through installing the Fliq iPhone applications, setting up to synchronize, and synchronizing wirelessly. You can manually run the Setup Assistant by choosing "Setup Assistant" from The Missing Sync for iPhone Help menu.
