MARK/SPACE ACQUIRES MYSYNC FROM MILDMANNERED INDUSTRIES
Synchronization Software Expands Mark/Space's Focus to Include Mac-to-Mac Sync

LOS GATOS, Calif. - June 29, 2006 - Mark/Space, Inc. and MildMannered Industries announced today that Mark/Space has acquired MySync from MildMannered Industries. MySync provides synchronization of personal information, such as Address Book contacts, iCal calendars and Mail accounts, between multiple computers running Mac OS X 10.4 "Tiger". As part of the agreement, MildMannered Industries will provide continuing technical input and advice on the product.

MySync uses Apple's Sync Services technology in Tiger to synchronize information between two or more Macs on a network, or even multiple user accounts on a single Mac. The big advantage to employing Sync Services is that an increasing number of applications use the technology, allowing MySync to handle a wider variety of information. Through Sync Services, MySync can synchronize information that comes from Apple Address Book and iCal, Bare Bones Yojimbo, Chronos SOHO Organizer, Market Circle Daylight, Microsoft Entourage and Mark/ Space's Missing Sync(TM) line of gadget-to-Mac synchronization products. This makes MySync a valuable product for anyone who needs to keep information in sync across multiple Macs or user accounts.

Though still in development, MySync has been available to the public for several months as a pre-release beta. Mark/Space plans to introduce improvements with periodic beta releases leading up to the first commercial 1.0 release.
