Update: Compatibility with Mac OS X Leopard (10.5.x)
Mark/Space has posted Leopard compatible updates or beta releases for all versions of The Missing Sync. You can view the chart below and links to additional known issues about syncing with Leopard at www.markspace.com/leopard.html.
SyncTogether 1.0 is not compatible with Leopard and we do NOT recommend using SyncTogether 1.0 with Leopard at this time. We are still investigating options and will report any changes to our plans on the link below and/or in the SyncTogether forum.
Tips about sync errors with beta versions and Leopard
We are grateful to those who have downloaded the beta versions and helped test on Leopard. Our internal tests, in addition to the results of many beta testers, have indicated a number of alleged bugs in the new version of iCal for Leopard. These issues are causing problems syncing with The Missing Sync and other Sync Services clients. Not all users are seeing these problems. We are actively reporting issues directly to Apple. If you are having problems synching calendar, contacts, tasks or notes and are using Leopard, please visit the beta forums for tips, or to report problems.
The Mark/Space Support Team is thrilled to announce the launch of the new Mark/Space customer support center. The "eSupport" customer portal features significantly enhanced functionality, allowing visitors to find and review useful technical information much more quickly and easily.
This new system has been in development for some time, and includes an interactive "Troubleshooting Wizard", in which visitors may follow a guided web-based questionnaire, offering detailed answers and solutions to a large number of technical (and even some non-technical) issues. Additionally, the Mark/Space knowledgebase has been rewritten, edited and indexed, meaning that visitors will find accurate, highly relevant answers to keyword searches instantly.
The new Mark/Space Customer Support Center now features the ability for visitors to Log In to their own account, allowing real-time tracking of cases, questions and solutions.
There are quite a few other features that work behind-the-scenes to improve the customer experience, and ensure that visitors are given quick and accurate answers to all of their
technical and customer service questions. Mark/Space is excited to be leading the way in offering enhanced customer service, and we think that our friends and visitors will be pleased, as well. We encourage everyone to see for themselves:
