| 1. INTRODUCING SYNCTOGETHER, MAC-TO-MAC SYNCHRONIZATION For the past several years, Mark/Space products have focused on synchronizing handheld devices with the Mac. This year, we're adding to our repertoire. We are now shipping our very first Mac-to-Mac synchronization product, SyncTogether! SyncTogether synchronizes important information--such as Address Book contacts, iCal events, notes, tasks and more--between multiple Macs on a network. SyncTogether can be used by a road warrior who has a notebook for traveling and a desktop in the office, or by a group of people, each with their own Mac, like a project team or a family at home. And SyncTogether uses Bonjour networking, so it's easy to set up and get going. SyncTogether is more flexible than .Mac syncing because it allows you to synchronize individual Address Book groups and iCal calendars between different users. This allows groups to share a project calendar and company contacts, while a family at home could share a family events calendar and Address Book entries for family and friends. Because you can choose which Address Book groups and iCal calendars to sync, your personal information stays private. Best of all, each user who is part of the sync group can make changes to shared contacts and calendar events, and can do so right from their Mac. SyncTogether uses Apple's Sync Services technology to synchronize information between Macs. This lets it synchronize information belonging to other applications that are Sync Services-savvy, such as Bare Bones Software's Yojimbo, Microsoft Entourage 2004, Panic's Transmit FTP application and others. As more applications support Sync Services, SyncTogether will synchronize more types of information. SyncTogether is $49.95 for up to three Macs; additional Macs can be added in groups of three. PREVIEW: THE MISSING SYNC FOR BLACKBERRY PUBLIC PREVIEW Our fans have been asking for a BlackBerry edition of The Missing Sync for years, and the development of that very product is finally in the home stretch! A public preview of The Missing Sync for BlackBerry is now available for download and testing from the Mark/Space website. Like other members of The Missing Sync product family, The Missing Sync for BlackBerry synchronizes contacts, calendar events, tasks and notes with BlackBerry devices that have USB ports. Owners of multimedia-capable BlackBerry handsets, such as the BlackBerry Pearl (8100) and the new 8800 series, can also use The Missing Sync for BlackBerry to synchronize iPhoto albums and iTunes playlists containing unprotected music and podcasts to the BlackBerry's microSD card. Additionally, photos taken with the cameras in these devices can be imported by The Missing Sync directly into iPhoto or a folder in the Mac's Finder. The Missing Sync for BlackBerry will sell for $39.95 when it's released later this quarter, and we'll be providing discounted "crossgrades" for owners of The Missing Sync for Palm OS and The Missing Sync for Windows Mobile. In the meantime, individuals who are interested can download and try the public preview release from the Mark/Space website. If you do try out the preview release, we'd appreciate receiving your feedback in our forums, so we can make this our best release yet. | 3: SUPPORT: IMPORTANT DAYLIGHT SAVINGS TIME CHANGES Beginning in 2007, Daylight Savings Time (DST) in the US and Canada will be extended by four weeks, starting earlier and ending later than in previous years. Though the specifics are too varied to cover here, some other countries are also making changes to their DST process. Software updates or manual settings changes are necessary so that computers and mobile devices to handle these changes and display timed events correctly.

| 4: STORE: THIRD-PARTY BLACKBERRY SOFTWARE IN THE MARK/SPACE STORE As we ramp up to release The Missing Sync for BlackBerry later this quarter, we've started adding third-party software titles to the BlackBerry section of the Mark/Space Online Store. The cool thing that makes the BlackBerry store experience different is that download links for purchases are sent to your BlackBerry device for immediate over-the-air download and installation.
